A guy on [link] drew some really crazy Mario sketches on note stickies, so i thought i'd go for teh whole deal. Nothing fancy, just my favorite guys and princess, posed for... I don't know, a photograph or sometin'.
I enjoyed doing this. Mario is fun to draw.
Oh, and LOL at my attempt to use a tablet to do the outlines. It's like i'm left handed on lsd, using my right eyelid to hold the pen.

i like Mario's stubble... actually, with the darker lines on his cheeks and nose, he looks kinda drunk. Somehow i don't imagine that to be the same Mario who speeds through the level and flies around collecting coins. He looks rather too fat for that. I suppose this would be sometime long after the game ends, then... like Scotty from Star Trek attempting to relive his glory days at conventions...

Ha ha, yes, like Scotty. I was thinking more how Mario would reeeeally be. Imagine that Mario trying to jump and getting all worn out, and having to rest for a few minutes before he could even move.
